Applications for the 2012-2013 school year are now available. Students who are entering 5thgrade during the 2012-2013 school year may apply. Twenty-five girls and twenty-five boys will be selected using a lottery system. Students entering grades 6 - 8 may also apply, and will be placed on a waiting list if an opening is made available.
Applications are due on Friday, May 4th. The lottery will be held in the NTMS Auditorium on Monday, May 7th at 9 a.m.
Applications can be picked up at each elementary school in Bogalusa, the NTMS office, or may be downloaded from this website using the navigation bar to the left. |

On Friday, January 6th Northside Tech Middle School held it's Second Nine Weeks Award Ceremony. Awards were issued for Perfect Attendance, No ZAP, Honor Roll, Principal's List, and Student of the Month.

On Friday, December 16th students with no referrals for the month of December were treated to several games of Bingo in the school's auditorium. Prizes ranged from $20 gift certificates to scooters and new basketballs. Over 20 prizes were awarded and everyone had a fantastic time.

On Thursday, December 1st members of the Northside Tech Middle School cafeteria announced that NTMS was the first school within the city of Bogalusa to submit all of their free and/or reduced lunch applications. To celebrate this accomplishment, they placed the names of every student in a box to raffle off a brand new bicycle. Raymond McGriggs was chosen as the winner. You can see him with his new bike below. Congratuations Raymond! |
